Provisioning the administrator user

Step	Screeen shots	Description
0		For developer access, you must be an administrator on the instance. For environments that are provisioned through LCS, we encourage you to deploy with the correct user.
1		Run the admin user provisioning tool as an administrator (right-click the icon, and then click Run as administrator).
2		Enter your email address, and then select Submit.
