1. Create a simple Form

Step		Screenshots		Description
0			Start Visual Studio using Run as administrator.
1			Right click project > Add > New Item

4			Click on design and modify Caption
5			Drag or new Data Sources
6			Click on Design > Apply Pattern > Simple List
7			In the pattern tab you can see what we need to make correct design of this
8			Try to create some element to make sure correct pattern
9			In the grid, modify the data source
10			Drag field from Data source to Grid
11			Build and sync project

3		Modify Object Type is Form and Objet is new form: NVWEmployee

3		Modify label
4		Add new menu item display for employee to NVWMenu Right click on design > New > Menu item reference
5		Modify Name and Menu Item Type
6		Extend MainMenu On the AOT > Menu > MainMenu  Right click MainMenu > Create extension
7		Click on design of MainMenu.NVW > New > Meny reference
8		Modify Name and select Menu Name
